C A S E   S T U D Y 

My favourite Ibiza editorial shoot so far was for Hello! Magazine with TV presenter Jeff Brazier and his gorgeous fiancee Kate Dwyer. The shoot took place at The Beach Star Hotel in San Antonio, a beautiful boutique hotel right on the sea front, owned by Jenny Frost of Atomic Kitten fame. 

The shoot was setup by Hello! Magazine to celebrate the couple’s surprise engagement, Jeff popped the question right here on the white island, just a few days before. 

The makeup for Kate was bronzed skin with neutral tones, she is a already a natural beauty, so I kept her skin fresh with Charlotte Tilbury wonder glow to start and Clinque super balanced foundation for a full coverage with a silky satin finish. Kate has lovely blue grey eyes so her eyes really popped in the copper and gold brown pigments used on her eyes, all from M.A.C. Lips were glossy and nude using Charlotte Tilbury cut classic Pillow Talk lip liner to fill the lips and Ibiza Nights lip gloss to finish. For her hair I wanted a smooth curly finish, so I ave her a classic blow dry using Paul Mitchel root boost at the roots and finished with Hot of the Press hair spray, which has a flexible hold and smells divine! 

Jeff was super charming and very easy to work with, a real no fuss kinda guy. He had a simple lick of concealer under the eyes, light skin coverage with Garner BB cream in neutral and a spritz of hair spray to finish. 

Needless to say these two looked gorgeous together, and extremely happy. The final images are in my gallery above.
